In a world first collaboration between global leading sports tracking company TracTrac, French 3D graphic firm Be Tomorrow and local film business Sailmedia, spectators will have a truly immense experience both live at the CYCA and online.
“We have all the technology available to us in Australia and saw this a great opportunity to support SOLAS and bring spectators and sponsors much closer to the racing,” said Cliff Cunningham from TracTrac.
"Having seen this form of race coverage during the recent Extreme Sailing Series, I’m delighted and excited that the prestigious, SOLAS Big Boat Challenge, will now be covered in this innovative way, engaging spectators in a much more dynamic manner," added CYCA Commodore John Markos.
The race lineup includes Beau Geste, Black Jack, Chinese Whispers, Maserati, Perpetual Loyal, Scallywag and Wild Oats XI
